Refund Policy

1. General Provisions
This Refund Policy describes the conditions and procedures for refunds and transaction cancellations for the ExactPages service. By using ExactPages, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan after the paid period expires
- Your generated content (blog posts, images, projects) will be retained and accessible on the Free plan
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Technical failure: If the service was unavailable or non-functional for a significant portion of your billing period due to issues on our side
- Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same billing period
- Unauthorized transaction: If a payment was made without your authorization
- First-time subscription: If you request a refund within 3 days of your first subscription payment and have not used more than 5 blog generation credits
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:
- You have actively used the service during the billing period (generated blog posts, images, etc.)
- More than 3 days have passed since the payment date (except for technical failures or duplicate charges)
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (as content quality depends on input data and AI capabilities)
- Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date
- Third-party API issues (YouTube, AI providers) that are beyond our control
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us using one of the following methods:

- Support ticket through your dashboard
Please include the following information in your request:
- Your registered email address
- Date of the transaction
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
6. Refund Processing
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (WayForPay)
- Refund amounts are credited back to your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
- You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed
7. Transaction Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a pending transaction, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will make every effort to cancel the transaction before it is processed. Once a transaction is completed, it is subject to the refund policy described above.
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated policy on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
